حرصًا على النظافة وسلامة المنتجات، بنرجو التأكد من اختيارك قبل فتح العبوة. وبسبب طبيعة الإكسسوارات، مش بنقبل إرجاعها لمجرد تغيير الرأي بعد فتحها. لو القطعة فيها مشكلة، تواصلي معانا عشان نراجعها معاكي.
في حالة تغيير الرأي، مصاريف شحن الإرجاع بتكون على العميلة. أما لو فيه عيب في المنتج أو وصل مختلف عن الوصف، بنتحمل مصاريف الشحن.

If you wish to return or exchange a bag, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. The bag must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
To maintain product hygiene and condition, please make sure of your choice before opening the packaging. Due to the nature of accessories, we do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind after the packaging has been opened. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us so we can review it with you.
For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If an item is defective or differs from its description, we cover the shipping costs.
